What are the delivery charges for my order?

We offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount, which will be specified at checkout. For orders below that amount, a standard delivery charge applies, which will vary based on your location.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery date when placing your order.

Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

We do not currently offer same-day delivery, but we do provide express delivery options in select areas, allowing products to arrive faster than standard delivery times. We will soon introduce same-day delivery for specific products and locations. During checkout, available delivery options will be displayed based on your address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS or whatsapp. You can use this number to track the status of your order on our website or the courier’s website.

What happens if I’m not available to receive my delivery?

If you're not available at the time of delivery, the courier will either attempt delivery again or leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your package from a local hub.
